and Awareness as well as Meditation Techniques & Deep Relaxation.

You will continue to explore the Basics - a little more in depth - using Breathwork &
Body-awareness to go a little deeper. You will use poses for Strength, Flexibility, Balance
and Awareness. You will practice a variety of Meditations & Deep Relaxation.
