Conservation & Hunter Education
This course is a legal requirement for all first time hunters.
The primary goal of the Hunter Education program is to assist you in understanding
the important role of modern regulations, management and conservation. Equally important
is the wise and safe use through proper handling of firearms and the respect of others.
By participating in this course, you will learn about the following topics:,
Alberta’s Wildlife, Safe Firearm Handling, Wilderness Survival, Outdoor
Clothing & Equipment, First Aid Techniques, Hunting Ethics & Wildlife
Management, Archery, Legal Responsibilities of a Hunter, and much, much more…
